Who we are

Tiraverse Ltd makes Mosaic and runs this website. It is registered in England and Wales, company number 17036977. Its registered office is 17 Ajax Avenue, London, England, NW9 5EY.

What this website collects

Only the standard server records of a request, and the visit statistics described below. The demo form is not connected, so it collects nothing.

The web server, and the service in front of it, keep ordinary records of each request: the address of the device, the time, the page asked for and the name of the browser. We use them to run and protect the site. They are kept for 14 days.

Our lawful basis for these records is legitimate interests: running the site and keeping it secure.

The web server is our own server, in the UK. The service in front of the site runs on a server rented from our hosting provider, which processes these records on our behalf. That server is in Finland.

Visit statistics

This website counts visits with Umami Cloud, a web analytics service from Umami Software, Inc. Your browser loads a script from cloud.umami.is and sends a short message to gateway.umami.is.

The message holds the address of the page, the page title, the page you came from, your screen size and your browser language. Like every web request, it also carries the address of your device and the name of your browser. Umami reports the browser, operating system, device type and country of each visit.

The Umami script sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. Umami says that it anonymises this data and stores no personally identifiable information.

Umami Software, Inc. is a company in the United States. It says that its cloud servers are in the United States and the European Union, so your data may be processed outside the UK. Its public plans keep data for between 6 months and 5 years.

We use the counts to see which pages people read. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: knowing whether the site is useful and working.

To stop the count in your browser, set the local storage key umami.disabled to 1 for this site. Umami's own notice is at umami.is/privacy.

If you e-mail us

We receive your e-mail address and your message. We use them only to reply to you.

Our lawful basis for replying is legitimate interests or, if you ask about using Mosaic, the steps you ask us to take before a contract.

If we add a form

We will tell you what we collect, why, and for how long, before the form works.

Your rights
