Campaign Enquiry Screen: User friendly Campaign enquiry screen engineered specifically for Print Management enabling customer enquiries to be easily built into consistent Request for Quote tenders to submit to suppliers.

Campaign Components: Reusable ‘building block’ style approach to select one or many pre-defined products and product attributes allowing CSRs to quickly and consistently create Campaign Quotes.

Supplier Identifier; Automatic suggestion of suitable suppliers who are capable of delivering the required products based on product and enquiry attributes.

Supplier Filter: Selection option to filter out any suggested suppliers that are note required, e.g. one of the suggested suppliers missed a previous deadline.

Unlimited Quantities: Request unlimited quantity variations from suppliers.

RFQ / Tender Submission: Submit RFQs to suppliers via email with a link to a web submission site.

Timed Response: Send RFQs with a deadline response time.

RFQ / Tender Response: Supplier can respond to RFQs conventionally or via an online web submission page.

TharsternSQL^TM to

TharsternSQL^TM Response: Automatic submission of RFQs to suppliers who also use TharsternSQL^TM. The RFQ will automatically be generated with in the suppliers TharsternSQL^TM MIS allowing them to use the Estimating module to create the quote. Once the quote is completed the pricing information will automatically populated with fields for the Print Manager’s campaign.

Seamless Integration: The Print Management module seamlessly integrates with the TharsternSQL^TM suite enabling the winning tender to be selected and the campaign converted into an Estimate, Job, Purchase Order(s) and
Invoice(s).

Compiling and formatting tender responses are a time-consuming but necessary function in winning and/or retaining valuable customer contracts.

For The Printer:

The TharsternSQL^TM Print Management module covers all aspects of the tendering process from one-off items to full campaign quoting. With the ability to create product attributes and then define suitable supply chains, you can email a tender request to the identified, suitable suppliers. This includes a pre-defined timed response requirement.

Those suppliers already using TharsternSQL^TM internally will automatically have a ‘request for quote’ appear in their system, thus creating a true business-to-business link.

For suppliers who don’t benefit from TharsternSQL^TM they will be directed to a web page form or have the option to reply by email.

Upon return of all prices the winning tender can be selected and an estimate, job and purchase order can then be automatically created.
