packages and CRM is via the Connections suite.

suite ships with over 80
standard reports utilising embedded Crystal ReportsTM
functionality. This can be further enhanced by additional tools from
Business ObjectsTM
or for interactive and dynamic reporting, using DotNet Charting
tools.
We can also offer
innovative solutions
for complex gang printing requirements with standing connectivity to
Metrix (from Lithotechnics), or simplified estimating through Print
IQTM
(Print Internet Quoting) which allows small printers to lease an
affordable entry-level Estimate-to-Invoice package; or alternatively
connect large groups of users via the Internet. Print IQ is a hosted
solution from third party developer Paloma Technologies.
The versatile
TharsternSQLTM
Integration Manager tool (TIM) is a
customisable API designed to address any requirement for
connectivity to ERP solutions or other vendor products such as IWay
and Storefront.
